If your group is coming to Ireland, our destination management team can bring local venues, experiences and guest arrangements into the brief. For an event abroad, we apply our venue sourcing and event management expertise to the chosen destination.
Our Sydney and Melbourne incentive programme combined stays in both cities with cultural experiences and dining. The Munich C-suite roundtable brought meeting spaces, accommodation and dining together around a leadership programme. Each began with a different reason for bringing people together.
How the detail comes together
The decisions around an event are connected, from the destination to the information each guest receives.
For a cyber security sales kick-off in Barcelona, our role began with city sourcing and venue contracting. We secured Hotel Arts, coordinated accommodation and transfers, and managed dining, entertainment, theming and production. A customised event app supported delegate registration.
In Ireland, the Engineering Leadership Summit combined conference sessions at Killashee Hotel with an off-site dinner and team activity. Venue sourcing, programme design, branded production and on-site delivery all formed part of our role.
