About these terms
This website is operated by PRECISE Events International. These terms explain its intended use and how information on the site relates to an enquiry or event booking. Please read them alongside our privacy policy.
Contact PRECISE Events International at [email protected] or +353 1 912 5010. Our address is The Edge, Avonmore Road, Tallaght, Dublin, D24 K07Y, Ireland.
Enquiries and bookings
The website introduces our services and previous work. Submitting a contact form starts a conversation; it does not reserve a venue, book a supplier, confirm an event date or create an obligation to purchase services. A submission acknowledgement confirms receipt of an enquiry.
The scope, availability, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities, cancellation provisions and other commercial terms for an event are set out in the proposal and agreement for that project. Please obtain written confirmation before making arrangements that depend on our involvement. These website terms do not replace an agreed project contract.
Information on the website
Case studies describe particular projects. Photographs and examples illustrate previous work and do not mean that the same venue, talent, production or programme is available for another date or budget. Supplier availability and proposed arrangements need to be checked for each brief.
Website information can change. If a detail matters to your decision, ask our team to confirm it in the proposal. Let us know if you spot an error so it can be reviewed.
Using the site responsibly
You may use the website to learn about PRECISE, explore its work and contact the team. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit spam or use the enquiry form to send unlawful material.
Provide information you are entitled to share. If you enquire on behalf of an organisation, make your role clear and avoid including personal information about guests that is not needed for the initial conversation.
Content and intellectual property
The website’s design, text, photographs, video and other materials are owned by PRECISE or used with the relevant rights holder’s permission. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners.
You may view the website and share links to its pages. Contact us before republishing its content or using photographs, video, branding or client logos for commercial purposes. Nothing in these terms restricts a use permitted by applicable law.
Links and website availability
Links to social networks, sources or other websites are provided for context or convenience. Those services set their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not create a contractual relationship between PRECISE and the linked service’s visitors.
We may update, maintain or temporarily suspend parts of this website. If the contact form is unavailable, you can reach the team by email or telephone.
Your rights and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. In particular, these website terms do not alter rights or responsibilities in a separately agreed event contract.
These website terms are governed by Irish law. Where you have mandatory rights under the law of another country, those rights remain available. Please contact us first if you have a concern about the website so we can address it.
Updates to these terms
The version date appears at the top of this page. Changes to website terms do not automatically change the terms of an existing project agreement.
