Our in-house Graphic Designer develops creative solutions aligned with your brand guidelines and overall event concept.

We create dedicated event branding and visual assets across the complete guest journey, including:

  1. Event branding
  2. Registration and event apps
  3. Menus
  4. Presentation backgrounds
  5. Signage
  6. Web page design
  7. Gifting lounges
  8. Guest collateral
  9. On-site graphics

The result is a cohesive visual identity that brings the event concept to life and creates a polished, premium experience from first touchpoint to final farewell.

Your brand through the guest experience

The visual identity can begin with the invitation and continue into the setting guests arrive at.

Our in-house Graphic Designer works with your brand guidelines and the overall event concept. Event branding, digital assets, presentation backgrounds, signage and guest materials can carry that identity through the programme.

The Creative Hub also brings theming, styling and venue presentation into the work. The design needs to make sense as a complete event experience, connecting with communications and production.

What the Creative Hub can develop

The brief determines where the event's identity needs to appear.

Our source scope covers the digital, printed and on-site touchpoints that guests encounter through the event. They are developed around the brand and the creative concept.

Digital event assets

Registration and event apps, web page design and presentation backgrounds bring the event identity into its digital touchpoints.

Materials for guests

Menus, signage, guest collateral and on-site graphics carry the design into the venue and the practical details of the event.

The event setting

Theming, styling, venue presentation and gifting lounges give the creative concept a physical setting.

Design decisions you can see

The setting and the way guests use it influence the creative choices.

For Trinity Business School's centenary gala, the dining space needed to feel dressed for the occasion without becoming crowded. Elevated centrepieces kept views across the room, foliage added texture, and a living wall marked the entrance. Our role included interior design, tablescaping, lighting and guest flow.

The Dublin summer carnival called for a different treatment. Colourful bunting, a branded wooden arch, directional signage and event maps formed part of a layout with entertainment zones, food stations and guest activities.
