100th Anniversary of Trinity Business School, Ireland

PRECISE was entrusted with designing and delivering an inspirational centenary celebration that balanced heritage with innovation. The event needed to feel both prestigious and contemporary, reflecting Trinity Business School’s core values while leaving a lasting impression on its distinguished guest list.

From concept to execution, PRECISE managed all aspects of the event, including interior design, tablescaping, menu planning, lighting, guest flow and entertainment. Every detail was carefully curated to ensure a cohesive, elevated experience from arrival to final toast.

Our client required a stand-out Gala Dinner to mark the 100th Anniversary of the Trinity Business School.

PRECISE was required to ensure that the venue was dressed to maximum effect, without overwhelming the guests. With limited space available in the dining area, the design needed to feel impactful yet uncluttered, ensuring comfort, clear sightlines and ease of movement throughout the evening.

PRECISE approached the spatial challenge with thoughtful design and guest-centric planning.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by a live string quartet and offered drinks, encouraging relaxed mingling before moving into the dining hall. This eased congestion and created a sense of occasion from the outset.

Inside the venue, carefully selected interior pieces were used to enhance the space without dominating it. Elevated table centrepieces ensured visibility across the room, while considered foliage added texture and warmth. A striking living wall at the entrance not only reinforced the event’s visual identity but also created a natural focal point and social engagement opportunity for guests.

PRECISE was appointed to provide full end-to-end event management and delivery, overseeing every creative and operational element of the Gala Dinner.
