Production that supports the message
The technical and creative choices should work for the people in the room.
We coordinate AV, sound, lighting, staging, graphic design and entertainment around the event concept. Those elements need to support the presentation, performance or conversation taking place, while reflecting the client's brand.
Our role brings trusted suppliers and production specialists into the same plan. Creative design and entertainment coordination connect with the technical requirements and event logistics.
The programme sets the pace
A conference and its social programme can call for different atmospheres within the same event.
For the Engineering Leadership Summit at Killashee Hotel, our role included conference styling, branded production, programme design and on-site delivery. The conference sessions sat alongside an off-site dinner and an interactive team activity.
Planning those elements together allowed the event to move between focused business content and less formal time together. The production belonged to the wider programme, with the venue, hospitality and guest experience considered alongside it.
From the conference room to the off-site event
The setting can change while the event still needs to feel connected.
For the Barcelona cyber security sales kick-off, we managed theming, styling and production across the main conference and off-site event. Hotel Arts was the conference venue, with guest accommodation, transfers, dining and entertainment also within our scope.
The brief needed an event that reflected the client's brand across those different settings. Our work combined creative direction with the suppliers, production and logistics required to deliver it.
Planning the production
The event format and venue give the production brief its starting point.
