A performance that belongs in the event
The audience, setting and purpose of the gathering guide the entertainment choices.
Our network includes Irish and international entertainment partners, artists and performers. We source talent around your event objectives and brand, whether the brief is an intimate corporate gathering, an incentive, a conference or a gala.
Timing and atmosphere matter too. Entertainment can welcome guests, accompany a reception or become the focus of an evening. It needs to fit the programme and the people it is designed for.
What happens around the performance
Booking talent is part of the work; coordinating the event requirements is part of our role too.
We manage the process from creative concept and sourcing through to contracting, technical requirements, logistics, rehearsals, hospitality and on-site delivery. These arrangements connect the performers with the venue and the wider event team.
Our production service brings sound, lighting, staging and other technical elements into the event plan. Considering the performance alongside those requirements helps the creative idea take shape in its setting.
From a gala welcome to a summer carnival
The entertainment in our work reflects the occasion it was chosen for.
At Trinity Business School's centenary gala, a string quartet welcomed guests during the drinks reception before they moved into the dining hall. It formed part of an evening that combined interior design, tablescaping, lighting and hospitality.
For a summer carnival at Radisson Blu St. Helen's, the programme included Celtic drummers, roaming circus performers and a live performance by Spring Break. Entertainment sat alongside games, food and themed guest areas within the outdoor layout.
