Reward C-level executives with a luxurious incentive spanning both the historic Kilkea Castle and the sophisticated Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin, combining relaxation, high-end networking, and exclusive experiences.
The challenge
Create a cohesive Incentive across two very different locations, balancing the serenity and exclusivity of a countryside retreat with the energy and sophistication of a city-based luxury hotel, while providing downtime and professional networking opportunities.
The approach
Kilkea Castle (Days 1–2)
Guests were welcomed to the 12th-century Kilkea Castle with personalised check-ins, custom amenities, and a private tour of the grounds. The stay included falconry displays and archery competitions, a private golf tournament on the championship course, an exclusive wine tasting dinner in the castle’s dining hall, and luxury spa treatments for wellness and relaxationThe Shelbourne Hotel (Days 3–4)
The group transitioned to The Shelbourne Hotel in central Dublin, where the focus shifted to urban sophistication and executive networking. Highlights included private dining and business meetings in exquisite event spaces, exclusive whiskey tasting at the Jameson Distillery, VIP shopping at Brown Thomas and a grand gala dinner in the historic ballroom, featuring Michelin-starred cuisine, live entertainment and final networking opportunities.Our role
