The programme combined professional conference sessions with a woodland-themed evening social and a black-tie gala awards ceremony, delivering an immersive and memorable experience.
The brief
In partnership with a UK-based agency, PRECISE delivered a two-day Sales Kick Off at the iconic Powerscourt Estate in Wicklow. The programme aimed to energise the team, celebrate excellence and create an elevated destination experience combining professional content with social engagement and a woodland-themed gala.
The challenge
Balance a professional daytime conference with a highly stylised woodland-themed gala, manage split locations, multiple suppliers, and a large delegate count, while delivering high production value, engaging entertainment and distinctive design.

Day 1: Conference & Evening Social
The morning began with a full business programme in the Powerscourt Hotel conference suites. In the evening, delegates transitioned to a relaxed yet vibrant social experience with ambient lighting, a bespoke light-up backdrop and live entertainment featuring two dynamic sets, keeping energy levels high while encouraging team connection.
Day 2: Recognition & Gala Awards Ceremony
The evening focused on reward and recognition, hosted in the elegant ballroom at Powerscourt House. Guests enjoyed a black-tie gala dinner with a gourmet three-course meal, fine wines and flawless service. Two Irish dance performances and a show-stopping afterparty with Spring Break and a DJ set ensured the evening was unforgettable.
