Virtual ‘Holiday Party’, Online

PRECISE Events International was involved in the production of every element of the client's online 'Holiday Party' celebration including; contracting and briefing of talent. The key objective was to produce a fun, engaging event that was broadcast globally from the Google Meets Platform.

Additionally, we were briefed to create and send Care Packs to 200 employees in 38 countries.

Our Technology client sought to stage an online celebration for the 'Holidays' with a 'Party' theme that was full of opportunities for employees to get involved at a local and international level.

Our Technology client required an engaging online 'Holiday Party' event that was fun and exciting for employees to sign into globally.

PRECISE curated every element of the online Holiday Party event that was broadcast globally including; securing and briefing talent and ensuring the seamless execution of the event.

PRECISE Events International was involved in the end to end management of this live online Event. Our role included; sourcing, contracting and management of all talent plus all the logistics including issuing Care Packs to 200 employees in 38 countries. The Event was filmed live from the LED studios and hosted through the Google Meet Platform.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive with engagement high and employees delighted with the high standard of every aspect of the online broadcast.
