PRECISE had the privilege of delivering an extraordinary incentive journey through the charm, history and exclusivity of the English countryside.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the 16th-century Thornbury Castle, once visited by Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn, the three-night programme immersed guests in luxury, heritage and unforgettable cultural experiences. From dining in historic halls and enjoying falconry displays to welly throwing competitions, sheepdog demonstrations and period costume experiences, every detail was designed to transport guests into the story of England’s past.

Highlights included an exclusive private visit to Highclere Castle, famously known as the setting of Downton Abbey, alongside a spectacular private dining experience beneath Concorde Alpha Foxtrot at Aerospace Bristol.

The journey continued with a private guided tour through the elegant streets of Bath, inspired by the world of Jane Austen, before shifting into modern creativity with an immersive Banksy street art experience through Bristol.

The programme concluded with a spectacular Masquerade Ball and Gala Dinner hosted within the castle’s Tudor Hall. Complete with a string quartet, elaborate costumes, exceptional dining and immersive entertainment, the evening created the perfect finale to a truly enchanting experience.

Our US client tasked PRECISE with the end-to-end design and delivery of an exceptional incentive programme that would immerse guests in the rich culture, heritage and character of England. The objective was to create a seamless and elevated experience that combined iconic landmarks with authentic local moments, allowing guests to connect deeply with the destination while enjoying a thoughtfully curated luxury journey from beginning to end.

The challenge was to create a programme that delivered continuous moments of inspiration, surprise and wow-factor, while taking guests on a journey through the many layers of England’s heritage and culture  from Tudor history and aristocratic elegance to contemporary art and innovation. The experience needed to feel immersive, authentic and engaging for a diverse group of attendees.

PRECISE selected Gloucestershire, near Bristol, as the ideal destination for this luxury incentive, with Thornbury Castle providing the ultimate exclusive-use setting for the programme. The castle’s rich historical atmosphere became the foundation for the experience, allowing every event and activity to feel authentic, immersive and deeply connected to the destination.

By carefully curating experiences within close proximity to the venue, PRECISE ensured the programme maintained a seamless flow while maximising guest comfort and engagement. The itinerary was intentionally designed to balance grandeur and playfulness, combining iconic cultural experiences with interactive activities and modern influences to create a journey filled with discovery, connection and excitement.
