The challenge was to create a large-scale event that would honor our client's legacy while offering a unique and unforgettable experience for 650 employees in Dublin.

Our team at PRECISE Events took over EPIC Dublin and meticulously crafted an unforgettable Berlin-themed nightclub event, transforming the venue into a vibrant and immersive experience.

Ideation: We developed a creative and engaging Berlin nightclub theme that captured the edgy, eclectic vibe of the city's legendary nightlife. From the gritty underground aesthetic to the pulsating energy of Berlin's club scene, every element was thoughtfully conceptualised to transport guests into an authentic Berlin experience.

Venue Transformation: We completely transformed EPIC Dublin into a dynamic and immersive nightclub setting. This included designing dramatic lighting installations, bold graffiti-inspired decor and industrial-chic furnishings that reflected Berlin's unique atmosphere. The space was brought to life with state-of-the-art sound systems and visually striking projections, creating an electrifying ambiance that captivated guests from the moment they entered.

Event Management: Our team expertly managed all aspects of the event, from the initial setup to the final teardown. We coordinated every detail, including venue layout, timing, and technical support, to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
