Planning Ireland from overseas
Your team may be in London or across the Atlantic. The event needs people who know the destination on the ground.
As your destination management company, we bring Irish venue knowledge, local relationships and event delivery into the programme. We can coordinate the setting, guest experiences, production and logistics around the reasons you are bringing the group to Ireland.
We have worked directly with a US client on an Irish executive incentive and in partnership with a UK-based agency on a sales kick-off at Powerscourt Estate. These programmes show how our local role can fit alongside an overseas organising team.
What your Ireland programme can include
The destination experience is shaped by the event brief, the people attending and the time they have together.
Our venue sourcing, programme design and production services work alongside the hospitality and experiences that give a visit its character.
Venues and settings
We source and contract venues for meetings, conferences, dining and incentive experiences, with choices guided by your objectives, brand and guests.
Guest arrangements
Transportation, dining, catering and entertainment sit within the programme. Our published Irish work also includes accommodation and coordination between locations.
The event itself
Production, styling and on-site delivery bring the business programme and social occasions together, whether that involves conference sessions or a gala evening.
From Dublin to the coast and countryside
Our Emerald incentive introduced a US executive group to different sides of Ireland within the same programme.
The journey began with private tours in Dublin, followed by a guided walk in Howth and a 4x4 experience in the Wicklow countryside. The programme included a visit to the Baileys Ladies farm, the Book of Kells and Old Library at Trinity College Dublin, and the Guinness Storehouse.
Private dining and entertainment at Pearse Lyons Distillery and Medley formed part of the experience. PRECISE designed the itinerary, sourced venues, arranged experiences and coordinated transportation and on-site delivery. The full Emerald programme shows how those elements fitted together for that particular group.
Business sessions with room for the destination
An Irish programme can make space for the work that brings a group together and the experiences around it.
At Powerscourt Estate, we delivered conference production, venue logistics, creative design and entertainment alongside a social evening and gala awards dinner. The brief came through a UK-based agency and combined business content with an Irish destination experience.
For a separate executive incentive at Kilkea Castle and The Shelbourne, the programme moved from a countryside setting to central Dublin, bringing dining, activities and networking into the itinerary. Each programme was designed around its particular group and the experience they came to Ireland for.
Your Ireland planning questions
Tell us what is bringing the group here, and we can discuss how the programme takes shape.
What does an Ireland DMC do?
A destination management company plans and coordinates the local elements of a visit or event. At PRECISE, that includes venue sourcing and contracting, programme design, production, styling, dining, entertainment and transportation in Ireland.
Can you work with our team or agency in the UK or US?
Yes. Our published work includes an executive incentive for a US client and an Irish sales kick-off delivered in partnership with a UK-based agency. We bring destination knowledge and local event delivery into the programme.
Can meetings and incentives be combined in the same visit?
Yes. We design corporate meetings, conferences and incentive programmes. Our Irish work includes business sessions alongside dining, entertainment, cultural experiences and opportunities for guests to spend time together.
Do we need a finished itinerary before getting in touch?
You can start with your objectives and the details you know, such as dates, the group, preferred settings and budget. Our programmes are bespoke, and the initial brief gives us a starting point for the design.
